Prepareing for the new life and my first encounter!

Hey hey!

I’m back! I have to say i didn’t come here as “prepared” as I should have…And I’m not talking about bringing other stuff or learning more back home… I’m thinking of I should have gotten more rest before the trip. In the previous 2 nights before my trip I got about 4-5 hours of sleep…But mornings I was fresh as a daisy. Have no idea how I did it! I’m usually not myself when I don’t get enough sleep. Anyway… The white nights waren’t because I couldn’t sleep! They ware because I was out partying with good friends! Good-bye partying… 2 nights before my trip we went to a wracked place called Mathias with the idea of playing only a few games of Fuss-ball. But we ended up playing allot of it and of course we drank pretty heavily especially from the round-going beers ( no-one knows from where those really came from ) So we got to the stage of drunkenness where everyone is our friend AND we managed to get most of the bar to the same level ) It turned out great! Almost perfect even! Then we decided to go grab some food from the supermarket… So we did… And ate pretty good… But not before we made friends with 2 random drunk guys again ) Was really fun! And we surprised them as well:P Cause they scared everyone away but we started talking to them and quickly made friends The T-shirt text comes into my mind right now : Vodka, connecting people! Anyway… He made a cool pic of us and he forgot to send it… I guess they ware allot drunker then I thought, and they didn’t remember the next day But it was a satisfying experience anyway! After getting back to the friends place where we started out I got really thoughtful presents ( funny dictionary ) and a picture of the 6 of us together… … … (Wish I was home right now) This is about it for that night. It sure was a memorable one!

So after a few hours of sleep  got up fresh and ready for a new day …So I started packing. Not a fun event but it was mainly the last time I could spend some time with my mom and my sis`. They ware more nervous then I was… But they helped allot… And without my sis` I wouldn’t been able to close my baggage ) I’m gona thank them here for all their help!
That night I went out with another group of friends. We just drank there, nothing special to mention really… Exept for drinking a fair amount of Jägermeister And I rushed away so I can wave good-bye to a friend, and so I get some sleep the night before I go But guess what…Somehow I went for another Screwdriver cocktail and by the time I got to bed it was about 4AM…Again! So much for the good nights rest before the long dreadful journey.

Without any alarms going off I woke up at 8-8:30AM Got ready for my trip… The bad part was I got there in time… And the buss left earlier, so I didn’t have a chance to say good-bye to my friends, who ware willing to come out to the bus-station for me that day We ware all pretty bummed out about this… But my mom and my sister was there… And at the end, when the buss was on its way I saw a tear in their eyes and almost got me crying… Then I knew I’ll be missed…….. If my friends would have gotten there in time, I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t been able to hold back…

So there I was… on my way… To a place where I haven’t been before, and I’m not referring to geography… What can I say about the trip? Well, for starters again I didn’t get any sleep… But it was for the best… and also the worst… I’ll start with the bad part… My bet is that I got the most horrible seat on the buss… No place for my legs, couldn’t lay back, and so on… Very uncomfortable! But what made up for the worst seat was the best place on the buss! Near a really cute girl 8-> This was my luck and it made the trip so much better! It was pretty hard to get close to her… But after I did and all the walls broke down… …. The kiss felt incredible!… Like I have known her for atleast a few years… To bad she didn’t get off at my stop… And that the buss got to Munchen earlier… But it still was almost near heaven… Even with all the uncomfiness of the seat And also considering the O hours of sleep… I hope I’ll hear from my mysterious girl again!

So the first day in Munchen I wasn’t myself… And having to carry around about 50+kg package all over the place didn’t help either… When I finally got to my room I was glad the day was over and slept for about 12 hours… Finally! The next day I had time to compute what had happened… Things ware looking pretty bad considering what I was counting on… And still remain the same, but my perspective changed some and I’m more optimist about the next 3 months than I was that first day… The ones who ware here before said we’ll all have our own bathroom and kitchen with a fridge… That isn’t so… But getting to know a few of my flat-mates my doubt dispersed… Nice, pretty helpful and clean ppl The bad part that still bothers me that each day I have to take a 1 hour long subway trip to the university and back where I’m doing my diploma work… Not sure how I’ll get used to that…

Just the other day a hot blond from my flat invited me to a party they ware holding after their last exam… So a friend was at my place cause we did some cooking… And we ate way to much… That was our problem with the dancing at the party … But we went anyway and the blond girl started bringing us beers and then vodka shots… I liked her… Not for bringing us alcohol but because she seemed so confident and friendly!  Looked really hot to! So after getting into the atmosphere and playing a few games of Foss-ball we started dancing and mingling with the crowd… To bad I didn’t get any time with the girl to get to know her better I also talked a bit with my other flat-mate… For a first encounter I’d say it was a great night!

The next morning we got our list of possible projects for our diploma work… It’s horrible ) Even after choosing one I have no idea of how I’m ever gonna do it… But I have to and I will… The main problem is that its research so no-one ever did anything like this ever before… So no examples… I’ll manage somehow if I set my mind to it…I hope!

Finally i caught up with the date! The story of last night… I somehow managed to convince people here to get a move on and go out for a beer… If I only knew the possibility of tonight… :-< We went into the bar we ware aiming for and it was mostly full… No chance of fitting 7 persons there. But what got me interested in the bar was a few cute girls ( surprise!!! ) and a pretty friendly guy with a few beers on board who asked me if everything is “in Ordnung”. At first I didn’t understand… But after asking the second time I caught the essence and I was ready to talk to him… Maybe have a few drinks on him ) But sadly the bigger half decided to go try another place… The idea  of going back with one friend moved a few cogs in my head but I gave it up so I stay with the group we started out with… The “friendly almost drunk guy” was with a group of Bayer-Munchen fans. Damn I can only imagine what party that would have been… Even with the language barrier! These are the moments when I really miss my best friend… So I have someone with whom I can “not give a crap” about the group and just break away… It’s really fun drinking on the street So the night ended early with no special events after 2 beers… Maybe next time! Oh…and I recommend the WeissBier to any beer-lover… to taste atleast once! It’s great!

Anyway… The stay here looks promising!
